About Us

Artscape Wychwood Barns

Artscape Wychwood Barns is a former transit facility that has been transformed into a hub for arts, community and the environment in midtown Toronto. Since opening in 2008, the Barns have become one of the city’s most unique event venues. Its soaring ceilings, abundant natural light and architectural detailing create a dramatic backdrop for all kinds of events. The Barns are home to artist studios, not-for-profit organizations, indoor and outdoor growing areas, a gallery, a popular farmers’ market and exciting community events. It was one of the first heritage buildings in Canada to be certified LEED Gold.

Artscape Wychwood Barns operates as a social enterprise. Revenues from venue rentals support the building’s cultural programming and services.

BARN 2/ Covered Street Barn
The Covered Street Barn is our largest and most versatile event space. It features a full-length skylight that fills the room with dazzling natural light. Glass garage-style doors on each side of the room open onto public parkland. For more intimate events, the Covered Street Barn can be partitioned into smaller spaces with fabric sheers. Artists studios open onto the space on the North Wall. Artists have 24 hour access.

Vendor Markets

This setup includes space for 40 vendors using 6′ tables. Different combinations are possible which can be discussed with your Venue Manager.  Click here to view the image in a new tab.

This setup includes our in-house 66″ rounds for 300 guests.  This setup includes the stage and projection screen on the East side of the venue, for optimal viewing from across the length of the room.   • The stage can be removed or made smaller (8×4, 8×8, 8×16 or 8×20) to increase floor space. 
  • Round tables (66″), rectangular tables (6′) or a combination of both can be used.
  • The Christie Outdoor Courtyard can be tented using an external supplier and used as the reception area to increase the square footage of your event.

Wychwood Theatre

Wychwood Theatre is a simple, elegant venue that boasts hardwood floors, retractable seating, and state-of-the-art lighting, and sound equipment. Whether using the space as a rehearsal hall or yoga studio; for corporate presentations or live performances; extras holding or a film shoot; festivals or one-night-only events, the space is a blank slate waiting for your imagination to take flight.

The Wychwood Theatre features floor-to-ceiling windows, heavy curtains fully black out light for daytime performances or presentations, and retractable seating to increase square footage. The Theatre can hold up to 122 people in raked theatre seating, and is fully wheelchair accessible.



Peter MacKendrick Community Gallery

The Peter MacKendrick Community Gallery boasts 14 foot ceilings, arched windows, sealed concrete flooring and adjustable track lighting. The Gallery is a customizable space available for exhibitions, photo shoots, small meetings and events or as a spillover space for events inside the Covered Street Barn. The Gallery is located at the corner of Wychwood and Benson Avenue at the north-east corner of the facility. 

The Stop Covered Courtyard, Classroom and Kitchen

The Stop’s Covered Courtyard features an outdoor patio, garden and a wood-burning pizza oven. Inside, the classroom can seat 40 comfortably on their wooden harvest tables. A full commercial kitchen with all amenities can be rented by caterers for seated dinners inside the Covered Street Barn. All spaces are available together or individually for rental as a spillover space for events inside the Covered Street Barn.

bCurrent Studio

bCurrent’s 700-foot studio theatre is a perfect add-on for your event in the Covered Street Barn, either as a bridal suite, dressing room, green room or breakout space. It features a 50-seat capacity, is wheelchair accessible with elevator access. The space has a lighting and sound system with charming vintage Edison bulb string lights, hardwood floors and high vaulted ceilings. 

Christie Open Air Courtyard

Located on the west side of the facility, the Christie Open Air Courtyard can be used as an extension of the Covered Street Barn, increasing the capacity of your event.





When you book space at Artscape Wychwood Barns, Artscape requires you to sign the contract agreement and provide a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the Venue License Fee +HST. Until Artscape receives the deposit and the signed contract the booking is NOT guaranteed. Artscape will send you a confirmation via email upon receipt of the deposit and signed contract.

Thirty days before the event, Artscape requires:

  • The payment of the balance of the Venue License Fee.
  • Please provide general requirements of your event to the Manager, Events.
  • Please coordinate technical requirements of your event with the Technical Services Coordinator.
  • Please confirm the caterer of your event, if applicable. 

The PRELIMINARY INVOICE includes the Venue License Fee as well as the cost of any other service Artscape is providing (AV, Equipment Rental, Staffing, etc.).

Ten days before your event:

  • Confirm the number of guests attending the event
  • Provide a copy of the Special Occasion Permit (issued by the AGCO)
  • Sign off on the Floor Plan provided by Event Services. For public events, Floor Plan must provide access and accessible seating accommodations for people with disabilities.
  • Provide final technical requirements to the Manager, Events and the Technical Services Coordinator.
  • Provide the names of all suppliers & the time deliveries will be made (catering, flowers, photographers, entertainment)
  • Provide insurance certificate naming Toronto Artscape Inc  as additional insured
  • Artscape will provide a PRE-EVENT INVOICE reflecting any changes to staffing and equipment required to execute the event as discussed with your Artscape Venue Contact

Five days before your event: the balance of the PRE-EVENT INVOICE must be paid. Unfortunately, if the balance has not been received, the contract with Artscape will be cancelled. The Client will be invoiced for any expenses that Artscape may have incurred in the guaranteeing of the license.

Within seven days of your event ending: Artscape will send you a FINAL INVOICE if the event costs are higher or lower than anticipated in the PRE-EVENT INVOICE and you will be invoiced/credited for the balance. Any outstanding amounts on the FINAL INVOICE are required to be paid within 5 business days after you have received the final invoice.



You will receive a detailed summary along with your invoice outlining charges and with payment instructions. All charges are in Canadian dollars, are subject to applicable sales taxes. All preliminary costs are due 5 days before the event.

All overdue payments shall bear interest at a rate of two percent (2%) per month (twenty-four percent (24%) per annum), until fully paid.

Should any payment made to Artscape be returned “NSF” or as a result of a “stop payment”, Artscape shall be entitled to receive, in addition to the said payment, the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) to cover any bank charges and administrative fees of Artscape.

The Artscape accepts the following payment methods:


All credit card payments are made via our online secure payment processor, using a link provided. To protect your privacy, credit cards are not accepted by email or over the phone. Artscape accepts Visa and Mastercard.


All cheques are to be made payable to “Toronto Artscape Inc.” and need to be received prior to the payment deadline.


A wire transfer form is available to facilitate direct transfer services.


Deposit funds are non-refundable.

No reimbursement of the License Deposit shall be made should this agreement be cancelled by the Client or because of the Client’s non-payment. At its sole discretion, Artscape may allow License Deposits to be transferred to another date or Artscape Venue if cancellation occurs 45 days prior to the booking date and if no additional charges have been incurred by Artscape.  License Deposits must be used within 6 months of original cancellation.  Should cancellation of this agreement occur as a result of Artscape’s inability to provide the Venue on the booking date, whether due to force majeure or any other reason not due to the Client, Artscape’s maximum liability is limited at the return by Artscape of the License Deposit, less any costs reasonably incurred by Artscape prior to such cancellation occurs.

Cancellations should be confirmed in writing and emailed to ensure that the information has been received. Cancellations can be made between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.


A certificate of proof of $2,000,000 comprehensive general liability insurance is due 10 days prior to your event. All suppliers that will be providing a service to your event at Artscape Wychwood Barns must also provide proof of $2,000,000 comprehensive general liability insurance.

The certificate of insurance must name as additional insured:

  • Toronto Artscape Inc., Suite 423, 130 Queens Quay East, Toronto, ON, M5A 0P6, as additional insured and shall reference the location of the event – Artscape Wychwood Barns




Artscape Wychwood Barns encourages minimizing waste as part of our Green Practices.

Your materials, decor, packaging, vinyl, signage and waste, including from your vendors, must be removed from the venue at the end of your event, including any items you no longer need. Disposal services are not available. If any items or waste is left behind, resulting in unexpected garbage or recycling will incur in a charge added to your final invoice.

For catering food waste, garbage and recycling facilities are limited and Artscape Wychwood Barns is capped at three to four (3-4) regular bags of garbage and/or recycling from Catering services only. We do not have Green Waste or composting at this time. Caterers are responsible for all waste they create during food prep and service and venue staff assist in access to waste room. If Caterer does not remove waste and/or exceeds this maximum, you are responsible for the removal from the premises or the waste removal charges will apply.


Artsape Wychwood Barns is fully accessible. There is barrier-free access to the building from Christie and Wychwood Streets and an elevator located near the central stairs in Barn 3. Accessible washrooms and drinking fountains can be found on the ground floor as well as a single-use washroom on the 2nd floor. 


Valet services are not available at Artscape Wychwood Barns.

There is no on-site parking at Artscape Wychwood Barns. There is limited street parking available on Christie Street and several Green P lots
located nearby on St. Clair Avenue West. As a former streetcar repair facility, we encourage patrons to take public transit.

Artscape Wychwood Barns is not responsible for parking availability or costs incurred for vehicles that have been tagged or towed.


Artscape Wychwood Barns will not accept any goods unless prior arrangements have been made with the Manager, Events.

Artscape Wychwood Barns shall not have any liability for brokerage fees, border/customs clearance, loss or damage to items shipped to or from Artscape Wychwood Barns, by you or by Artscape Wychwood Barns.

The loading area at Artscape Wychwood Barns serves all of the building tenants and events. The maximum amount of time a vehicle can park in the Loading Dock is 15 minutes. No exceptions. Your load-in schedule must be coordinated with Artscape Wychwood Barns staff to eliminate any possible conflict with other building activities. Delivery dock appointments are required fourteen (14) days in advance with the Manager, Events. A reminder that any damages caused by vendors in the delivery areas and subsequent charges are your responsibility.

The main loading zone for the building is located off of Christie Street south of Benson Avenue. This area can accommodate up to 2 large trucks at any one time. There is no built loading dock.  All deliveries come into the building at grade level.

The loading area leads directly to the event space (the Covered Street Barn). Due to our good neighbour policy with local residents and tenants, loading of any kind is not permitted in this area between the hours of 11:00 pm – 7:00 am. No trucks are allowed to load-up or reverse between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.  Please speak to your Manager, Events about incorporating this into your scheduling.

All vehicles are subject to review and investigation by Security.

Drivers are not permitted to idle their vehicles or leave their motors running in the loading dock for any reason.

Parking in the loading dock for any purpose other than loading or unloading will not be permitted. Drivers who park in the loading dock for unauthorized purposes run the risk of being tagged and/or towed.


Artscape must adhere to legal and industry-standard health and safety practices, as well as Ministry of Labour law. We regard the safety of performers, staff and patrons as paramount and will reserve the right to veto any practice, scheduling, or the use of any equipment where its safe use cannot be guaranteed.


Site tours are by appointment only, and are based on availability outside of event bookings. Advanced scheduling is highly recommended.

You singed agreement includes a maximum of three (3) site tours at no additional charge. Additional site visits will be billed at $150 per hour. All site tours are subject to venue availability and must be scheduled in advance outside of event bookings.

An event floor plan, plus up to three (3) ground plan rounds of edits/versions are included at no additional charge. Additional floor plan versions will be billed at $150 per version.



The maximum number of people based on configuration is indicated in the Space Configuration Chart. Floor plans will be approved by the Manager, Events or the Technical Services Coordinator before your event.

If your guest count has the potential to be higher than the venue capacity of 600 persons inclusive of your guests and vendors, additional security to monitor and facilitate keeping under capacity will be added at your cost.

All vendors and suppliers that require access to the venue to deliver goods or provide services on-site must be pre-approved by the Manager, Events in writing, and the venue reserves the right to decline services of any vendor (even if the vendor has previously worked in the venue). We are not responsible for any fees you may have incurred by contracting a vendor that is not permitted to offer services on-site, and we strongly encourage you to seek approval before signing vendor contracts.

You and the vendor are required to complete applicable approval forms and agree to Artscape Wychwood Barns’s terms and conditions fourteen (14) days in advance of the event. Vendors will not be permitted on site unless the required form and supporting insurance and WSIB documentation is received. Please contact the Manager, Events for a copy of this form.

There is no waste or packaging disposal on site. Any items brought into the venue must also be removed by the vendor – including florals and decor – or will be subject to the waste removal fee.


There is no storage available in the venue. Please confirm all deliveries and rentals fourteen days prior to your event with the Manager, Events. 


Custom venue signage and vinyl decor can be procured via a Vinyl Decor supplier, and it requires pre-approval.  The vinyl installation is limited to any time there is a Venue Supervisor on-site.  The Venue Supervisor must be present for the duration of installation and de-installation and confirm all approved surfaces available for vinyl installation. In addition, the surfaces available for vinyl installation are limited. All vinyl must be removed by the vendor during your tear down and any waste taken offsite.

Your vendor must be pre-approved by the Manager, Events and the venue reserves the right to decline the services of any vendor (even if the vendor has previously worked in the venue).


Artscape Wychwood Barns is a heritage building therefore nothing shall be posted, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to columns, walls, windows, floors or other parts of the building or furniture. All Attachments must be pre-approved by the Technical Services Coordinator in writing and noted on the event briefing and ground plan, and all rigging is facilitated by our AV Technicians. You may be required to purchase rated hardware. You are responsible for any damage caused by any Attachments, and damage fees are assessed at the cost to repair the damage. 

Drape, fabric and/or soft goods must be certified flame-retardant according to the Ontario Fire Code. Certification must be presented and pre-approved by the Manager, Events in writing 14 days prior to the Event.

No materials can obstruct emergency exits or attach to fire signs or equipment.


The use of ladders to climb higher than 6’ is only permitted by venue staff.


Liability for damages to the premises during set-up, Event, and tear-down of Event will be charged accordingly. You will be held responsible for the members of your group, including all staff, attendees and vendors. Artscape Wychwood Barns assumes no liability or responsibility for personal property or equipment brought into the Premises.

Personal effects, materials and equipment must be removed from the venue at the end of the function unless prior arrangements were made with Manager, Events for next-day pick up of limited items.


the day of your event

Event Staff

The Manager, Events will prepare an event staffing plan and will ensure it meets safety and employment standards.

Staff require legislated breaks and work minimum and maximum hours per shift. It may not be possible to make day-of schedule changes due to these requirements.

To ensure service excellence, Artscape Wychwood Barns sets the minimum number of staff required to ensure an appropriate staff-to-guest ratio. Should vendors have a staffing shortfall on an event day, Artscape Wychwood Barns reserves the right to hire additional staff at your expense to ensure safety and service excellence.

Venue Supervisor (VS)
  • Your VS is your primary contact on the day of your event and is on-site with you for the full duration of the setup, event and tear-down.
  • Multiple Venue Supervisors may be scheduled to split long shifts and/or cover breaks with overlapping hand-off
  • Your VS oversees the day-of event services including catering, beverage services, event rentals, vendors deliveries, set up, teardown, etc. 
  • Your VS has the ability to work with you to alter setups and schedules at your direction, and the authority to make decisions regarding compliance with policies
  • Your VS is the Active Fire Warden during your event, and is the point of contact during emergencies.
AV Technicians
  • The AV Technicians are responsible for the setup, operation, and tear down of all technical equipment.
  • In 2019, Artscape Wychwood Barns stagehand technicians unionized with IATSE Local 58.  Local 58 is the Toronto local of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, its territories and Canada. For more information on IATSE, their required breaks and the parameters of our working agreement, refer to our Technical Package.
  • All requests for technical items such as staging, lighting, audio or rigging should be agreed upon in advance of your event and approved by the Technical Services Coordinator.
Venue Support Staff (VSS)
  • Venue Support Staff primarily assist in setting up and tearing down event rentals and furniture
  • Upon request, they may also be hired to manage coat check, attend to washrooms and provide other tasks agreed upon in advance with the Manager, Events.
Security Staff

Artscape will determine the appropriate number of security staff required for your event and will schedule guards based on factors including, but not limited to, the expected number of attendees, alcohol service and age of guests. A minimum of one security guard is mandatory for all events. Should you require specialized security coverage for your event, please contact the Manager, Events.

If the event has the potential to attract more attendees then the floor capacity, additional security staff will be required to monitor and limit guest access.

If the event has alcohol service and minors in attendance, additional security will be required for checking government issued identification. Wrist bands may be required at the discretion of Artscape Wychwood Barns, and any costs incurred will be charged to your account.


When charged at hourly rates, staff are subject to pricing and a minimum of hours as noted below.

The Music Tariffs are mandatory fees and include both SOCAN and Re:Sound which are applied for all events that include live or recorded music.

SOCAN (the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) is a Canadian not-for-profit organization that focuses on providing Canadian and international music creators and publishers their performance rights. For more information about SOCAN visit www.socan.ca

Re:Sound is a Canadian not-for-profit music licensing company dedicated to obtaining fair compensation for artists and record companies for their performance rights. Re:Sound is legally authorized to collect and distribute royalties for artists and record companies worldwide as payment for the public use of their music in Canada. All events must comply with City of Toronto noise by-law.

Artscape Wychwood Barns is situated within a predominantly residential area. To lessen the impact of the amplified sound of events in Barn 2 to both the tenants of Artscape Wychwood Barns and the neighbouring community, all events both indoors and outdoors will comply with City of Toronto Good Neighbour Policy noise by-law (subsection 591-10D of the Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 591): No amplified sound (voice or music) or loud performances may begin before 7:30 am nor extend past 10:00 pm Sunday-Wednesday and 11:00 pm Thursday – Saturday.

Amplified sound cannot exceed 84 decibels indoors and outdoors and must be run through Artscape in-house speakers. Amplified sound during business hours is restricted to background music only and amplification is limited as to not impact the daily operations in the offices and studios of the building. An AV technician is required for all system operations and monitoring of sound levels and must be arranged by Artscape.


Artscape Wychwood Barns is pleased to recommend excellent suppliers of catering services.

Please note that for any events with alcohol services, you must offer your guest light meals via a licensed caterer for the full duration of the alcohol service. Offerings will need to be of substance and of multiple food groups in order to comply with liquor laws.


Preferred Caterers are approved and are reputable food service companies that have gone through a competitive selection process. These caterers can work with you directly to customize menus and provide quotes for services.

Any other unlisted Caterer must be pre-approved by the Manager, Events in writing, and the venue reserves the right to decline services of any caterer (even if the caterer has previously worked in the venue). Additional requirements for unlisted caterers are required.

Catering set-up and breakdown time will need to occur within the booked rental times. The Caterer is responsible for the removal of all food and waste at the end of your event, and you will need to ensure that this is included in your Caterer’s agreement.


If alcohol will be served at this event, provincial regulations state that the Client must possess a Special Occasion Permit (“SOP”) attainable online through the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (Link Here).  In all cases, the permit must be posted at the event.

Allow ten (10) days to process No Sale Special Occasion Permits through the AGCO. Allow thirty (30) days to process Sale permits & permits for charity events.

Alcohol can only be served in the area outlined in the Special Occasion Permit (SOP). Please ask the Manager, Events for exact wording for the application. Alcohol cannot be served or taken outside of the SOP licensed area.

The Client agrees that compliance by the Client and its guests with the provisions of the Liquor License Act of the Province of Ontario is an express condition of the use and enjoyment of the premises by the Client and its guests.

Proof of Smart Serve Certification for all your serving staff must be provided 10 days prior to your event. If your caterer has a catering endorsement, they are permitted to sell and serve beverage alcohol. The caterer must provide Artscape with a copy of the catering endorsement

Artscape will not accept responsibility for any property damage or bodily injury resulting from any act or omission on the part of the Client or Client’s invitees due to alcohol consumption. Artscape will not be responsible in the event alcohol is served to a minor.


A 15% landmark fee applies to food and labour services provided by a Preferred Caterer; 20% applies to Non-preferred Caterers. The landmark fee will be included in your catering Invoice and remitted to the venue.

Landmark fees do not apply to food below $150


Rentals of standard tables, glassware, catering and tableware must be rented from our exclusive supplier, Chair-man Mills.  Deliveries are scheduled during the booked rental time. If Chair-man Mills does not carry a specific item requested, you are responsible for procuring the item and getting approval from the Manager, Events to use an outside vendor.


Artscape Wychwood Barns has 2 prep kitchens, 3 standard refrigerators, a convection oven, warming oven and baking rack. 

The Stop Kitchen, a full commercial kitchen, may be rented at an additional cost provided it is available.

A site tour of the facility is mandatory prior to the event if your caterer is outside our preferred caterer list. Please connect them with the Manager, Events


Operated as social enterprises; Artscape Performance & Event Venues endeavours to keep Venue license fees affordable for arts and community-minded organizations. For Clients receiving a subsidized room license rate, we ask that the Client formally recognize Artscape contribution in its publicity materials, website, event program or during the event itself. The recognition should be equal to the amount of the subsidy and will be agreed upon in advance between the Client and Artscape. If the Client does not have an official sponsorship package, please provide Artscape with a list of promotional benefits and what the considered value is. Artscape can provide logos, website links and boilerplate language.

All approved use of Artscape logo or name or any other Artscape intellectual property must be reviewed and approved by Artscape Communications department prior to production and publication. Approval will not be unreasonably delayed. The Client should provide at least 48 hours for approvals. Please contact communications@artscape.ca.


You can only use Artscape and/or Artscape Wychwood Barns logos with the prior written consent of Artscape.

You are permitted to use “Artscape Wychwood Barns” name (and not logo) solely to indicate your use of the venue for your specific event invitations or event listings, and can not suggest that their Event is affiliated with or presented by Artscape or Artscape Wychwood Barns. Any other use of Artscape and Artscape Wychwood Barns name is restricted and must be approved by Artscape in writing.

Where you are permitted to use Artscape and Artscape Wychwood Barns’ logos, brand, trade names and marks, You must:

(i) comply with any instruction on the use of Logos (e.g. brand guidelines),

(ii) only use Logos in connection with the Event;

(iii) stop using the Logos following the end of the Event and

(iv) not alter Logos in any way;

(v) ensure that any use respects the brand and reputation of Artscape and Artscape Wychwood Barns


Multi-media, social networking websites, blogs and Internet posts for both professional and personal use postings by you, your agents, or any guests must not contain any information that is confidential or proprietary to Artscape or to any third party that has disclosed information to Artscape. Artscape reserves the right to request the removal of any posts that it determines to be inappropriate in its sole discretion. Any posts must respect the brand and reputation of Artscape and/or Artscape Wychwood Barns.

Your event manager will ask you for preferences regarding listings and features in Artscape and/or Artscape Wychwood Barns site and Social Media before and after the Event. Any links or Event details for feature can be sent to the Manager, Events.





Should you discover smoke or fire on your floor, immediately activate a fire-pull station. Manual pull stations are located outside each stairwell door as well as beside any door that is equipped with a magnetic lock. Pulling this emergency device will cause alarm tones throughout the building and will release doors equipped with magnetic locks, including stairwell doors.

The Venue Supervisor will provide direction in the event of a fire alarm according to the two-stage system:


Signs are posted throughout the floors indicating locations of emergency exits. Most signs will include an arrow indicating the direction of the emergency exit.

Upon discovery of fire:

  • Remain calm
  • Leave fire area(s).
  • Close all doors behind you. Do not lock doors
  • Activate the fire alarm system as soon as possible, use the pull station
  • Exit the building via the nearest exit
  • Telephone the City of Toronto Fire Services by dialing 9-1-1. Never assume this has been done
  • Give the correct address: 601 Christie Street, the location of the fire, and your name.
  • Do not return into the building until it is declared SAFE to do so by a Fire Offical

Immediately upon hearing the fire alarm:

  • Remain calm
  • Exit the building via the nearest exit
  • Close all doors behind you
  • Call 9-1-1.
  • Listen for instructions
  • If you encounter smoke in an exit, consider using an alternative exit.

When you leave the building:

  • Before opening a door, feel the door and the doorknob for heat.
  • If the door is hot, remain in the area and ensure the door is Dial 9-1-1 and alert them to your location.
  • If the door is free of fire and/or smoke, close the door behind you and leave by the nearest exit. Close all doors behind you
  • Assist those who require assistance leaving the building. (Only if safe to do so)
  • Use an alternative exit if you encounter smoke in the stairwell.

If you cannot leave the building:

  • Close the door but leave it unlocked to ensure entry by the Fire Department is possible
  • Dial 9-1-1.
  • Seal all cracks where smoke can enter by using wet towels or sheets
  • Keep low to the floor if smoke enters the room
  • Wait to be rescued. Remain calm. Do not panic
  • Listen to instructions.

Meeting Place:

  • All Clients, guests and staff should go to XXXXXXX and remain at this meeting point until it is safe to return to the building. Only the City of Toronto Fire Department has the authority to declare the building safe to enter.

 Artscape Wychwood Barns is a publicly accessible building and is open to the public at the following times:  

Monday – Sunday                                          9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Canadian Statutory Holidays                       Closed

Event spaces at Artscape Wychwood Barns may be booked and operated outside of these hours but still within our Good Neighbour Policy. Tours are available of the event spaces and should be coordinated with the Manager, Events in advance. Due to the number of events hosted at Artscape Wychwood Barns, drop-in visits cannot be accommodated.
